The Technology Application and Promotion Institute (TAPI), through its Bids and Awards Committee, will undertake a procurement through Small Value Procurement (Sec. 34) for the following project:

Interested suppliers are requested to provide, submit, or make available the following documents or information to establish their legal existence and capability to undertake the project:

  1. Business Registration and/or Permit (or equivalent document issued by the appropriate authority in the supplier’s country of origin);
  2. Company Profile or Background Information, including track record and relevant experience;
  3. Tax Registration Certificate/Number or its equivalent in the country of origin;
  4. Price Quotation, duly signed or issued by the supplier, indicating the scope of services and corresponding price.

For foreign suppliers, submission of documents shall take into consideration the applicable laws, regulations, and standard business practices in their country. In cases where certain documents are not customarily issued or cannot be disclosed due to confidentiality or data privacy restrictions, the supplier may submit equivalent documents, certifications, or sworn declarations, subject to validation by the Procuring Entity.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Procuring Entity reserves the right to proceed with the evaluation and award based on the available documents and quotation, provided that the supplier’s capability is reasonably established through alternative means of verification, and where justified by the nature of the procurement, including cases involving exclusive or authorized service providers.
