Assignment: Finance and Administrative Division under Management Information System (MIS) Unit – ISSP Project

 

Status of Appointment: Contract of Service

Monthly Salary: Php 36,846.00 / month

Duration: Six (6) months, subject to renewal

 

Minimum Requirements:

Education        :           Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job

Experience      :           One (1) year of relevant experience

Training           :           Four (4) hours of relevant training

Eligibility          :           None required

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
  2. Has one (1) year of relevant experience
  3. Has an eight (8) hours relevant training
  4. Must have good oral and written communication skills;
  5. Must be efficient in time management;
  6. Must be detail-oriented, result-driven, flexible and can work under time pressure and with minimal supervision;
  7. With knowledge in computer office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint);

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide assistance in the technical aspects of projects, including data analysis, troubleshooting, and software or equipment operation.
  2. Help coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources, ensuring that tasks are executed according to the project timeline.
  3. Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation related to project plans, reports, specifications, and other technical documentation.
  4. Collect, analyze, and present data as required for project reporting and decision-making. This may include maintaining databases or spreadsheets.
  5. Act as a liaison between project team members, management, and stakeholders. Facilitate meetings and communicate updates and progress.
  6. Support quality assurance processes by reviewing project outputs and ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.
  7. Conduct research to support project activities, including gathering information on industry standards, technical solutions, or best practices.
  8. Provide training or support to team members or clients on technical systems, software, or project-related processes.
  9. Identify potential problems or technical challenges within the project and propose solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
  10. Assist with budget monitoring by tracking expenses and resource allocations related to project activities.
  11. Ensure that project activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, or standards, and assist in preparing compliance reports.
  12. Participate in project evaluation and assessment processes to gather feedback and improve future project performance.
  13. Work collaboratively with project managers and other team members to achieve project goals.
  14. Provide administrative support to project staff, including scheduling of meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, managing project calendars, and maintaining project files and correspondence;
