Assignment: Finance and Administrative Division under Management Information System (MIS) Unit – ISSP Project

 

 

Status of Appointment: Contract of Service

Monthly Salary: Php 48,250.00 / month

Duration: Six (6) months, subject to renewal

Minimum Requirements:

 

Education        :           Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job

Experience      :           One (1) year of relevant experience

Training           :           Four (4) hours of relevant training

Eligibility          :           None required

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Has experience as a Laravel Developer
  • Knowledgeable in PHP and the Laravel framework (training/experience with small projects preferred).
  1. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development concepts.
  2. Understanding of relational databases like MySQL.
  3. Basic knowledge of Git version control.
  4. Basic knowledge in Linux (Ubuntu Server)
  5. Experience with Livewire, Vue.js, or other front-end frameworks.
  6. Familiarity with RESTful API development.
  7. Exposure to Agile development methodologies

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain web applications using the Laravel framework.
  2. Collaborate with lead developers and team members on various projects.
  3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  4. Learn and implement best practices in web development and coding standards.
  5. Participate in code reviews and team discussions to improve overall project quality.
  6. Contribute to the development of RESTful APIs and database design.
  7. Stay updated with new features and updates in Laravel and related technologies.
  8. Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
  9. Maintain, and enhance existing PHP based web applications
  10. Bug fixes and support
  11. Provide assistance with other team members
  12. Transfers/shares gained knowledge to colleagues for synchronization purposes.
  13. Information System Strategic Plan (ISSP) project-related concerns
  14. Creation of backup server and cloud migration
  15. Other duties assigned
