One (1) Project Technical Assistant VI

 

Status of Appointment: Contract of Service

Monthly Salary: Php 48,250.00 / month

Duration: Six (6) months, subject to renewal
Project Title: ISSP Project

 

Minimum Requirements:

Education:     Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job

Experience:   One (1) year of relevant experience

Training:        Four (4) hours of relevant training

Eligibility:       None required

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of database management and data warehousing concepts.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong technical writing skills to document processes, methodologies, and findings effectively.

 

Desired Skills:

  • Understanding of machine learning techniques and predictive analytics
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business operations.
  2. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
  3. Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to assist in strategic decision-making.
  4. Collaborate with different teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics.
  5. Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes and business outcomes.
  6. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security while adhering to best practices in data management.
  7. Use statistical techniques and data modeling to predict trends and optimize business strategies.
  8. Automate data collection and reporting processes for efficiency.
  9. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging data analysis tools and techniques.
  10. Create clear and concise technical documentation, reports, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  11. Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
