One (1) Project Technical Assistant II
Status of Appointment: Contract of Service
Monthly Salary: Php 38,046.00 / month
Duration: Six (6) months, subject to renewal

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications Arts, Multimedia Arts/Studies, or related degrees
- With at least one (1) year of experience in any of the following: illustration, photography, videography, animation, and motion graphics - experience in multimedia areas is a plus, but not required.
- Preferably with advanced skills in applications such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and other editing software;
- Knowledgeable in visual effects, color-correction / color grading, and sound editing;
- Strong eye for visual design, with attention to detail and aesthetics across various media and formats;
- Capable of crafting high quality and creative video content from limited information
- Detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our creative team or independently with minimum supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with LEAD Unit to create and produce creative content for the DOST-TAPI’s invention and innovation programs’ digital campaigns, marketing, and other promotional collaterals
- Participate in the ideation, organization, and implementation of promotional campaigns/activities of the unit, e.g., forum/workshops, webinars, exhibits, digital media campaigns, etc.;
- Participate and provide technical support in the activities of TIPD/LEAD;
- Performs other related duties/tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
